REPORT ON: TREE PLANTATION PROGRAMME Name of the Event: Tree Plantation Programme Venue: DSIPST Medicinal Garden Date:21^st January, 2026 Organized by: Eco Club of DSIPST The Eco Club of Dr. Sudhir Chandra Sur Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (DSIPST) organized a Tree Plantation Programme on 25th January at the Medicinal Garden of the institute to pay tribute to our beloved Babuji, Late Jodh Iswar Singh, on his 8th death anniversary. The programme witnessed active participation from students, faculty members, and staff. A short address highlighted the significance of environmental conservation and the importance of medicinal plants in healthcare and sustainability. The plantation drive symbolized Babuji’s values of service, care for nature, and responsibility toward future generations. Several medicinal saplings were planted in the Medicinal Garden, contributing to the enrichment of campus greenery and biodiversity. Participants took a pledge to nurture and protect the plants, ensuring their healthy growth. The programme concluded successfully, serving as a meaningful and lasting tribute to Late Jodh Iswar Singh while reinforcing environmental awareness within the campus.
