Diploma in Pharmacy
The Entrance Test (PET) for Diploma in Pharmacy is conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development every year. The exact Date & Time of the entrance test is announced in due course of time in the Council’s website www.sctvesd.wb.gov.in. Candidates are welcome to contact with the Institute for admission related queries.
Eligibility Qualification
Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination in General Stream Course with Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Mathematics from any recognised Board / Council / Institute.
Candidates passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent examinations in Vocational Stream Courses are not eligible for admission in Diploma in Pharmacy course, as per prescribed admission eligibility criteria of Pharmacy Council of India.
Candidates appearing in Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination in General Stream Course with Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Mathematics in the year 2024 may also apply. However, they will have to submit their marks through online portal of the Council’s website in due course of time and also required to submit pass certificate / marksheet at the time of counselling/admission, failing which their candidature is liable to be cancelled even after merit listed.
Age criteria
Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year for admission to the Pharmacy Course.
